Ask yourself these eight questions… 

1. How much is it costing you now to perform billing and collections in-house?

5. What is your A/R over 90-days?

6. Are you facing expensive computer upgrades?  Are you HIPAA ready/compliant?

7. Are you losing key employees and having problems finding reliable and knowledgeable staff?

8. Are you adding additional providers, Physician Assistants, or Nurse Practitioners and need additional space?  The space occupied by the billing department could be an extra exam room!
